Painting Your Nails Can be DangerousNail care and nail painting are habitual things that so many of us do on a regular basis. It may surprise you to find out that painting your nails can actually be dangerous!
There is proven research that the state of your nails can tell you amazing things about your body. It can tell you if you are ill perhaps. (Not always but it can be an indicator) White parallel lines can be an indicator of liver disease and kidney disease. Nails which curb in the middle can be an indicator of Lung disease, cardiovascular disease, liver disease, inflammatory disease, and HIV infection. Horizontal parrelel lines which are not white but carker in color can indicate peripheral vascular disease, diabetes and zinc deficiency. Nails which are abnormally thin can indicate anemia and repeated exposure to chemicals or trauma. Lastly very white nails can indicate congestive heart failure, diabetes and HIV infection. Nail care is completely different from painting them which can hide many of these indicators.
