How to Balance a Healthy Eating Habit
It is a good idea to eat healthy for a balanced lifestyle. For breakfast it is indicated to eat within an hour of waking and this will help quickly balance the blood sugar levels in the body.
Lunch is one which can be played by ear. It is just important to eat slowly and do not over eat until you are too full. After dinner if you want to sleep well you should either snack lightly or not at all. Fresh fruits and smoothies are good for this night time snack.
Always avoid coffee, tea and caffeine in general before bed so you sleep well. A healthy intake of water is essential for the body as well.
